About Next Steps Ministry Coaching
Who Am I?
G'day I'm Mike. I have been in ministry leadership since 2003.
My leadership experience includes pastoring various congregations, ministries, and ministry staff teams in rural, regional, and urban settings. I've also been involved in leadership at a denominational level and currently lead a local church in Australia.
I'm a certified Life and Leadership Development Coach with Leader Breakthru. I do appointment and cohort coaching with Bridge & Rhino. I'm trained as a Mentor and provide Pastoral Supervision.
I was born and raised in Sydney, but live on the Gold Coast with my wife and our two teenage children. Whenever I’m not coaching, you’ll find me on the beach or lifting weights.
What Do I Do?
I coach church leaders, missionaries and gospel workers towards transformational clarity about their own calling and unique Kingdom contribution. I coach ministry leaders during major life and ministry transitions to become unstuck and to finish well.

Initial Coaching Conversation - FREE
A 45 minute conversation to help discover where you are so Next Steps Ministry Coaching can help you get to where you need to be.
Appointment Coaching $150 (AUD)
Each session uses the IDEA Pathway model of coaching to help you identify your core desire, discover the issues and challenges, and develop strategic action steps.
Book an 1 hour session anytime you need it, with no ongoing commitment.
Major Transitions $500 (AUD)
Provides you with personal access to the material by Leader Breakthru plus 4 x 1 hour personal coaching sessions with Mike to gain clarity and work out your next steps.

Focused Living can help. Focused living is a personal discovery process designed to help you clarify your life’s direction and clarify your purpose, vision, and core values. Discovering your calling set you on track to live, lead, and finish well. If you are in your 20s to mid-30s, and wrestling with questions about your life purpose and direction, then Focused Living is your next step.
Apex (40's & 50's)
Be The Leader You Were Called To Be.
Leaders who reach the mid-point in life and leadership face a whole new set of questions:

Apex can help you answer these questions. Apex is a personal discovery process designed to help you clarify your unique Kingdom role. Resonance is a personal discovery process designed to help you run the race all the way to the end and to finish well.
If you are in your 60s to mid-70s, and have been wrestling with what it means to be faithful to God in “retirement”, or with what it looks like to mentor and empower others, Resonance can help you to finish well.
You can’t come to clarity alone. My coaching relationship with Mike has been instrumental in bringing a sovereign perspective and situational clarity for me as a pastor.
